Can I exchange my items at Exportify?

We only offer exchanges for issues related to the size or color of the product, as long as the desired size or color is available in the same article. Since our products are in European sizes, and size charts are provided, it is the customer's responsibility to order correctly.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges for size or color can only be made if the desired size or color is available.
  • You must notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery to request an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service at shopexportify@gmail.com. Provide your order details and the issue with the size or color, and confirm the availability of the desired size or color.
  • Please set the subject with "Exchange- Your order ID"

RETURNS

Do you want to return an online order?

We only accept returns or offer refunds in cases where the product is defective.

Return Policy for Defective Items:

  • If you believe your product is defective, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
  • Please provide photographic evidence of the defect when you get in touch with our team.
  • Our team will assess the evidence and may approve the return based on their findings.
  • Products that are found to be defective after use or have been tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear (except for tops and bodysuits) and fragrances must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Accessories and packs of products must be returned with all original packaging and intact seals.
  • Items damaged through customer use or items with missing parts will not be accepted for return.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer support at shopexportify@gmail.com within 3 calendar days if you receive a defective product.
  • Please set the subject with "Return- Your order ID"
  • If the return is approved, we will arrange for the item to be collected.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Additional Information:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Contact our customer service immediately if the refund amount is incorrect.

Exportify reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these policy requirements or are made after the specified period.
